Mondo Rojas is the founder of Pandorica Headshot Studio and has spent 13 years doing one thing exceptionally well, helping people show up on camera exactly as strong, friendly, and confident as they are in real life.

He trained directly under Peter Hurley, the New York City photographer widely credited with redefining how headshots are taken. After meeting Peter's rigorous standards he earned Associate Photographer status within The Headshot Crew, and was later bestowed the title of Mentor where he now helps other photographers reach that same level.

Through years of study and thousands of sessions, Mondo has developed a deep understanding of the fine nuances of facial expressions and how to elicit them naturally, so every person who steps in front of his camera looks like themselves on their best day, not someone trying to perform for a lens.

What makes a session with Mondo different isn't just the credentials. It's what happens in the room. His personality has a way of getting you out of your head and forgetting about the lights and the camera, through conversation, misdirection, and a genuinely fun energy that shows up directly in the photos. He loves talking about family, pop culture, or whatever audiobook he's currently obsessing over. By the time most people realize they've stopped thinking about the camera, the best shots are already done.
