Pandorica Headshot Studio provides professional headshot photography in Paradise, Nevada, serving conference speakers, keynote presenters, corporate executives, and visiting professionals at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, and Allegiant Stadium.

Paradise, Nevada is not a neighborhood most people recognize by name, but they know exactly what it is. It's The Strip. It's Harry Reid Airport. It's the Las Vegas Convention Center where Cisco Live, Henry Schein, and Intuit bring thousands of professionals to town every year. It's Allegiant Stadium. It's the corridor where business actually happens in Las Vegas.

The professionals who come through Paradise are not here for a vacation. They're here to speak on stage, close deals, represent their company, and get in front of people who will Google them before the week is over. A headshot that was fine two years ago stops being fine the moment someone finds it right before a keynote introduction.

Pandorica is 10 to 15 minutes from the heart of that corridor. If you're in town for a conference, already have your schedule dialed in, and want to leave with something you'll actually use, this is how you do it.

Headshot Stations for Conventions, Trade Shows, and Corporate Events in Paradise

If you're organizing a conference, running a trade show booth, or bringing a team to Las Vegas for an event, the Headshot Station is built for exactly that environment.

The station includes a full vanity table, mirror, and touch-up supplies so attendees can get camera-ready on the spot. Mondo shoots, edits, and delivers the best two to three images to each attendee instantly via private gallery, while they're still at your event. No waiting days for a gallery link. No chasing people down afterward. They walk away with finished images the same day.

Mondo has photographed at events hosted by Cisco Live, Henry Schein, and Intuit, along with VIP activations at Allegiant Stadium where guests have included top-level executives, Make-A-Wish recipients, and students being honored with state and local awards. Each person gets a photograph against the goal line with the stadium as the backdrop, the kind of image that means something.

Half and full day Headshot Station rates start at $3,000. If you want a similar setup at a corporate office, there's a separate configuration for that starting at $2,000.

For event inquiries, use the group proposal form, the individual booking calendar is for studio sessions only.

Individual Headshot Sessions for Strip-Area and Airport-Corridor Professionals

Not every Paradise client is here for an event. A lot of them live and work in this corridor full time, or they're flying in specifically to get this done right.

There are three sessions to choose from.

The Express Session ($250) is the fast, focused option. One or two looks, finished images delivered same day. It's designed for the professional who knows exactly what they need and doesn't want to spend a half day doing it.

The Signature Session is the most popular. More time, more outfit changes, more variety. You'll leave with options -- which matters when you're updating LinkedIn, a speaker bio, a company website, and a team page all at once.

The Executive Session is built for professionals whose image needs to be in multiples places, Social media content, LinkedIn, press kits, speaker bios, Forbes features, website hero shots, PR outreach. If your headshot is going to appear in multiple contexts in front of multiple audiences, the Executive Session gives you the range to cover all of them.

Every session includes outfit changes, flexible session time, wardrobe guidance before you walk in, expression coaching throughout, guided post-session image selection, and professional retouching on every image you purchase.

Trained by the Photographer Who Redefined the Headshot

Mondo Rojas trained under Peter Hurley, the New York City photographer widely credited with changing the way professional headshots are approached. Hurley's methodology shifted the focus from "stand here and smile" to understanding facial structure, expression mechanics, and how to bring out the version of someone that actually reads well on camera.

Mondo earned Associate Photographer status within The Headshot Crew and holds the title of Mentor, meaning he now teaches those same principles to other photographers.

What that translates to in a session: Mondo will coach you through the specific micro-adjustments that change how your face reads on camera. How you position your head affects your jawline. How you hold tension in your face affects whether you look confident or strained. These are learnable, coachable things, and yes, some of them feel really weird while you're doing them. That's how you know you are doing it right!

Corporate clients have included the Las Vegas Raiders, Dell Technologies, Cintas, Intuit, Henry Schein, and Clark County.

Over 200 five-star Google reviews across 13 years of sessions.

What Clients Say

Headshot of Cassandra Crevling by Pandorica Headshot Studio Las Vegas

★★★★★

I showed up fully prepared to feel awkward and maybe get one usable photo, and instead left questioning everything because apparently I’m photogenic now? He somehow tricks you into being relaxed, confident, and feeling comfortable in front of a camera. I ended up with way too many photos I actually love.
