What a Session Looks Like
The second you book online it becomes a collaborative process. In the consultation call we go over wardrobe, what industry you are in and what goals you have for your image.
On shoot day, when you walk in you’ll be greeted offered a refreshment then we will go over your goals and how we are going to achieve them. After that we get to work and you are coached through posture, expression, and lighting that works for your face specifically. No stiff corporate poses. No "say cheese." or my favorite “1,2,3,” it’s an experience like nothing you’ve had before and it gets the results like you’ve never had before. Images of you with genuine smiles, real confidence, and the lookability that gets people to stop.
Sessions run on a focused timeline so your time isn't wasted. Most clients walk out with more options than they expected and a clearer idea of how to use them.

On-Location and Corporate Events
Not every shoot happens in a studio. We do on-location sessions for clients who want their environment in the frame, corporate office headshot days for teams of any size, and full Headshot Station setups at conferences and events.
The Headshot Station brings everything, professional lighting, a full vanity setup, and instant delivery technology so attendees receive their best 2-3 edited images before they leave the event. Half and full-day rates available. Setups at conference properties, corporate offices, and private events across the valley.

Yes. On-location sessions are available throughout the Las Vegas Valley and beyond. If your office, event venue, or preferred location works better for you, we can make it work. Travel availability and any applicable fees are confirmed at booking.

Yes.
Corporate office headshot days are available with 2-hour, half-day, and full-day rates starting at $2,000.
The Headshot Station event setup includes a full vanity table, professional lighting, and instant soft-edited delivery. Half and full-day rates start at $3,000.

For individual sessions, booking a week or two out is usually sufficient. However I’ve know sometimes clients need it NOW, so give us a call and we’ll make it work.
For corporate events, Headshot Station setups, and conference bookings, earlier is better, especially for weekend dates or large-scale events.
