Yes. Pandorica Headshot Studio offers a Corporate Headshot Account program designed specifically for companies that need professional headshots for new hires and existing team members on an ongoing basis.
Each company receives a custom booking code that employees use to schedule their individual sessions without any out-of-pocket cost to the employee. Invoicing goes directly to the company either monthly or per session depending on the arrangement.
Companies and government agencies including Clark County, Cintas, Copper Creek Construction, EXP and Nevada Grant Labs currently run their new hire headshots through this program.
For larger team shoots at your office location, flat-rate half-day and full-day packages are available starting at $2,000 with same-day delivery and soft edits including blemish removal, skin tone evening, teeth whitening and red-eye correction included for every person.

Pandorica Headshot Studio does not provide in-house hair and makeup services but the studio is equipped with full vanity including oil blotting papers, hair spray, disposable brushes, chapstick and lip gloss to help you look camera-ready.

We understand that life happens which is why we offer one free reschedule. If you need to reschedule a second time a $100 rescheduling fee will be added.
Deposits and session fees collected at booking are non refundable but a credit will be added to your account to be used within a year of your original booking date.

Mondo has photographed clients and events from coast to coast and regularly travels to major cities across the country.
For individual executive sessions outside Las Vegas a custom travel proposal is available.
For corporate events and conferences, coverage is available for keynote and speaker photography, breakout rooms, roaming candid coverage, step and repeat stations, after parties and the full Headshot Station setup with instant delivery for conference attendees.
